Position: Supervisor

Salary: 1700

We are looking for an experienced, hardworking and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing staff and ensuring business operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business;
• Planning, organizing and directing staff;
• Maintaining high standards of customer service;
• Implementing operational plans;
• Monitoring the performance of staff;
• Ensuring that targets are met in a timely manner; • Delegating tasks to ensure maximum efficiency; • Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise.
Qualifications/Skills:
• Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role; • Strong leadership and organizational skills; • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English/Arabic; • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly; • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
