We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have the ability to manage a team of employees effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and according to company standards.

The Supervisor must possess strong leadership skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role and should demonstrate an ability to motivate staff. They will also be responsible for helping with problem solving and conflict resolution within the team.

Experience in customer service or hospitality is highly desirable, as the successful applicant will need to interact with customers daily. A good knowledge of Al-Kuwait area is also expected.
