The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of the business. You will be tasked with developing strategies to increase profits, analyzing data and financial performance to inform future decisions, managing budgets effectively and making sure that all operations are conducted in accordance with the company policies. In addition to this, you will manage the staff roster in order to ensure an efficient workflow as well as developing relationships with external partners such as clients and suppliers.

We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 3 years experience in business management. The ideal candidate should also possess strong analytical skills as well as excellent communication abilities both written and verbal. Knowledge of financial management systems is also essential for this role. We are willing to consider immigrates who fit the criteria mentioned above; therefore having knowledge of Doha culture is advantageous but not essential.
