Position: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1600 SAR/month
Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of surveying techniques and tools, along with experience in conducting surveys and interpreting results. We are willing to consider immigrant candidates for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze survey objectives and prepare survey plans accordingly
• Perform field surveys using the latest equipment including total stations, data collectors, GPS receivers, levels, and other tools
• Collect data from various sources such as existing studies, aerial photographs, satellite images and records of previous surveys
• Calculate land areas using appropriate formulas
• Analyze survey data and prepare maps, charts and reports
• Interpret legal documents to determine property boundaries and verify property descriptions
• Prepare detailed reports of findings including conclusions about the area surveyed
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Provide technical support to project teams when needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field from an accredited college or university
• 5+ years of experience in a related field such as engineering surveying or geomatics engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of surveying techniques and tools including GIS software • Ability to read and interpret legal documents accurately • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
