Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and buildings in order to prepare detailed plans of the area. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of land surveying techniques, principles, and practices as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Duties:
• Conducting surveys by taking precise measurements of land and buildings using specialized surveying equipment
• Preparing detailed plans of the surveyed area, including elevations, contours, boundaries and other features
• Analyzing survey data to identify inconsistencies in results
• Examining existing records such as deeds, legal documents, maps, or other data sources
• Keeping up to date with relevant legislation pertaining to land surveying
• Developing cost estimates for survey projects
• Evaluating survey results in order to recommend improvements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field
• At least 5 years’ experience working as a surveyor
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to surveying activities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficient computer skills including familiarity with AutoCAD software programs
