Pharmacist – Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate must be a highly organized and motivated individual with the ability to work well both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities:
• Dispense medication to patients accurately and in accordance with legal requirements.
• Ensure that all prescriptions are filled in time and in compliance with industry standards.
• Manage inventory control and order of medications, chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, health care providers, pharmacy staff, insurance companies, etc.
• Provide advice on the selection of over-the-counter medications.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Riyadh.
• Maintain records of controlled substances and other drugs dispensed by the pharmacy as required by law.
• Ensure accuracy for billing insurance companies for prescription drugs dispensed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field from an accredited institution is preferred; however, equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for certain positions.
• Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic language skills desired but not required.
• Minimum two years experience as a pharmacist preferably in a retail pharmacy setting is required; however recent graduates may be considered depending on their academic performance.

Salary: 1500 SAR/Month (foreigners will be considered).
