Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful applicant will have great organizational skills, as well as being customer-oriented and able to think on their feet. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring that patrons have a positive experience. The position offers a competitive salary of 900 AED per month.

Duties and Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure that all guests receive excellent service in a timely manner, while adhering to company standards. This includes managing the staff, ensuring that all orders are correct, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, and ensuring that health regulations are met at all times. Other duties include overseeing the opening and closing of the restaurant each day, scheduling shifts for the staff, monitoring inventory levels of supplies, ordering food items when necessary, assisting with marketing initiatives to increase business growth, overseeing financial operations including tracking daily receipts and expenses; creating weekly reports; organizing special events; participating in team meetings; developing new menu items; supervising staff training; adhering to all safety regulations; and providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or restaurant management or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager is required as well as excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Additionally they should possess excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential along with proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel) plus POS systems (Point Of Sale). Fluency in English is mandatory while other languages such as Mandarin or Arabic are advantageous but not essential for this role. Previous UAE work experience is preferred but not required for this role.
