Restaurant Manager - Dubai (1000 AED/month)

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized and passionate about delivering a great dining experience to our customers. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring that the restaurant meets all of its goals and objectives.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required
• 5+ years experience in restaurant management
• Ability to effectively manage staff and ensure high quality customer service
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills

Job Duties:

• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Manage staff schedules, training, performance evaluations.
• Monitor food preparation methods to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. • Oversee food orders and inventory management systems. • Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally. • Develop menus, pricing structures, promotional activities etc.
