Chef - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team in Doha.

The successful candidate will be a creative and talented individual with strong culinary skills. You must possess excellent organizational andcommunication skills, be a great team player and have the ability to work calmly under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• Create innovative dishes using traditional ingredients
• Develop new menus that reflect changing trends in global cuisine
• Ensure the highest level of food quality and presentation meets the standards set by management
• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
• Manage food inventory levels effectively to minimize waste and maximize cost savings
• Develop recipes in collaboration with other kitchen staff.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen environment.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards/regulations.
• Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.

Salary - 1500 QAR/month (negotiable). We are open to considering applications from immigrants as well.
