Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land, sites, buildings, and other structures as well as preparing detailed plans and drawings. The Surveyor will also evaluate data from existing surveys to determine best practices and ensure accuracy of all surveys.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conducting land surveys to provide data that will be used in the preparation of maps, plans, reports etc.;
• Utilizing survey instruments such as total stations, theodolites, levels etc.;
• Assisting with the preparation of site plans;
• Measuring heights and distances;
• Establishing horizontal and vertical control points;
• Interpreting aerial photographs;
• Manipulating survey data using computer applications;
• Preparing accurate sketches of field notes;
• Ensuring that all site works comply with relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven working experience as a surveyor;
• Deep knowledge of surveying techniques;
• In-depth understanding of construction methods;
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD software;
• Familiarity with GPS systems & robotic total stations; • Ability to interpret legal documents such as land deeds & titles; • Self-motivated & able to work with minimal supervision.
