Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Sharjah. This role will involve setting up and operating CNC machines to produce parts and components in accordance with customer specifications. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in CNC programming and troubleshooting, as well as basic mechanical aptitude.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, sketches, or engineering instructions to determine the dimensions needed for the job
• Set up CNC machine tools by adjusting tool offsets, cutting tools, speed feed rate, temperature, depth of cut etc
• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers or calipers
• Monitor the machines during operation to ensure accuracy of fabrication
• Troubleshoot problems that may arise during operations
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety rules and regulations at all times
• Ensure that all quality requirements are met
Qualifications & Skills:
• High School diploma or equivalent certificate is required; Vocational certificate in CNC programming is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience operating CNC machines is required; prior experience with troubleshooting is a plus
• Knowledge of mathematics (algebra, trigonometry) is required
• Good understanding of speed feed rates, temperature controls etc
• Ability to read technical drawings accurately
• Strong mechanical aptitude with good problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Salary: 1000AED per month
