We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai! This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead and manage our kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative menus, setting high standards of quality, and ensuring the entire kitchen runs smoothly.

Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for overall operations of the kitchen, including menu creation, recipe development, purchasing and inventory management. They will ensure that all recipes are prepared according to established standards and that food is cooked in a timely manner. They will also supervise staff in the kitchen, provide training when needed, and ensure hygiene standards are maintained at all times. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for managing the budget of the kitchen as well as developing cost-effective menus with seasonal ingredients.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working as an executive chef or similar role in an upscale restaurant or hotel setting. We expect minimal work experience but prefer candidates who have held managerial positions before. Additionally, we require candidates to hold a degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification along with excellent knowledge of cooking techniques & food safety regulations. Candidates must possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills with strong organizational abilities & attention to detail along with great leadership skills & customer service orientation.

Salary: 900 AED/Month
