Position Title: Sommelier
Salary: 1100 AED
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a passion for wine, a strong knowledge of the industry, and excellent customer service skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing wine-related advice and guidance to customers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge of various wines from around the world and help customers make the best selection for their needs. You will also be expected to recommend pairings and suggest new wines based on customer preferences. Other duties include stocking shelves with new products, rotating stock, taking inventory, and assisting in setting up special events.

To qualify for this position you must possess at least 2 years of experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant or winery setting. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality/culinary arts is preferred but not required. Additionally, candidates should have extensive knowledge of international wines and spirits as well as a comprehensive understanding of flavor pairings. Outstanding customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
