We are looking for a passionate Sommelier to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Dubai. Our restaurant is acclaimed for its contemporary cuisine, selection of fine wines, and unique dining experiences. We are seeking an exceptional individual who can bring their expertise in wines and spirits to further enhance our guests' experience.

Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will be highly knowledgeable in the field of wines and spirits, have a strong understanding of international wine and spirit trends, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. The Sommelier will be responsible for assisting guests with the selection of beverages while providing recommendations based on their preferences. Additionally, they will be responsible for ordering, stocking, inventorying, and tasting all wines and spirits served at the restaurant. The Sommelier is also expected to provide instruction on proper storage practices as well as food pairings when appropriate.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Wine & Spirits or related field
• Excellent knowledge of various types of wine & spirits
• Proven ability to provide superior customer service
• Ability to develop creative beverage menus based on seasonal ingredients
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time; able to lift up to 25 lbs; able to work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays

Salary & Benefits
