Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The Barista is responsible for preparing coffee drinks for customers, as well as providing excellent customer service. This position offers a salary of 1700 and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffees (latte, cappuccino, etc.)
• Greet customers and take orders
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Clean the café area, equipment, utensils and dishes
• Ensure all supplies are stocked up
• Answer customers’ questions about products, prices and availability
• Receive payments from customers
• Process customer transactions using cash registers or POS systems

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience in a barista position
• Good understanding of coffee making techniques and equipment operations
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a barista setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
