Job Title: Nurse
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1300

We are looking for a Nurse to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality care to patients in a safe and effective manner. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks independently.

Responsibilities:
• Provide patient-centered care, evaluating, planning, implementing, and documenting nursing plans of care
• Perform physical assessments, develop and implement patient care plans, administer medications and treatments, observe and record patient’s condition
• Develop collaboration with other members of healthcare team to ensure optimal quality of patient care
• Monitor vital signs and address any issues or changes in the patient’s condition
• Respond promptly to patient needs/requests with empathy and compassion
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field required
• Current Registered Nurse license required (for foreign candidates must be approved by Kuwait Ministry of Health)
• At least 3 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required
