We are in the market for a talented and motivated Salesman to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be keenly driven by meeting sales targets. We are willing to consider a candidate with no prior experience, but they must demonstrate a willingness to learn and a commitment to success.

The primary role of this position is to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory. This will involve developing strong relationships with existing customers as well as prospecting for new customers. The successful candidate will be required to identify customer needs through active listening and questioning, recommend solutions, provide product information and price quotations, follow up on orders, resolve customer complaints in a timely manner, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills as well as strong organization, problem-solving, negotiation, and time management skills. The ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential. A valid driver’s license is also required.

This is a full-time position offering an attractive salary of 1600 per month commensurate with experience plus commission incentives based on performance. If you are self-motivated, organized, good at multitasking and have the desire to be part of something bigger than yourself we want you!
