Web Developer Vacancy - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining websites, web applications and web-based systems.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for designing, developing, coding and maintaining websites, web applications and other web-based systems. The Web Developer will work closely with our design team to ensure that the technical implementation matches the design specifications. The Web Developer must possess strong knowledge of software engineering principles and have a deep understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX/JSON.

Responsibilities:
• Designing website layout and user interface
• Developing back-end services for website functionality
• Integrating data from various systems into one unified platform
• Creating databases for storing user information
• Troubleshooting website issues and resolving them in a timely manner
• Ensuring security of data by providing appropriate authentication measures
• Updating existing websites with new features or content
• Optimizing performance of website components to improve speed and reliability

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in website development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX/JSON
• Proven track record of successful project deliveries within specified timeframes
• Understanding of software engineering principles such as object-oriented design patterns
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Salary Range: 1600 AED per month
