Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1000 and we are ready to consider an immigrant. Responsibilities:
• Oversee all daily operations of the team
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operation
• Develop and monitor performance goals for team members
• Develop effective reporting systems for tracking progress
• Provide guidance and training to team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Manage resources effectively and efficiently
• Resolve conflicts among team members in a timely manner
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and other management software tools
