We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and diverse environment while contributing to the growth of our organization.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer service, as well as a passion for HR management. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration. Additionally, they should have an understanding of local laws and regulations related to HR and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

The successful candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management or a related field. They should also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or similar. The ability to multi-task and prioritize work while delivering results is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders is also required for this role.
