Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1700

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage our restaurant in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service while managing the restaurant, staff and financial operations. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.

Job duties and responsibilities:
• Oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant including customer service, staff management, budgeting, inventory control and reporting.
• Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing them with prompt and friendly service.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure proper training is provided to all team members.
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and ensure efficient operations of the restaurant.
• Monitor food quality and take appropriate action if necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen area.
• Set goals and objectives for the restaurant team, monitor performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Analyze financial reports to ensure that the restaurant is operating at maximum efficiency.
• Create marketing plans or strategies to attract new customers or promote special offers or events at the restaurant.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred but not required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
• At least 5 years of experience as a manager in a fine dining or other related environment
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and employees
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
