The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing a team, and have a passion for working with people. You must also have excellent organizational and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make decisions independently. The successful candidate should be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and take ownership of their role.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including setting objectives, developing strategies and managing staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring progress towards goals, maintaining records of performance metrics, identifying areas of growth and improvement, ensuring safety regulations are met, and resolving any conflicts or issues that may arise.
