We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position carries a salary of 900 and we are willing to consider a foreigner for this role. The successful candidate should have strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The main purpose of the job is to ensure that the team performs at its best and meets operational goals in a timely manner. As Manager, you will need to oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff performance, provide guidance on tasks, delegate responsibilities and ensure that policies are being followed correctly. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving issues, providing feedback, planning activities, monitoring budgets and managing projects.

You should be able to think strategically and have the ability to motivate staff with an eye on long-term objectives. You must also be able to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the company's goals are met in an efficient manner.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of managerial experience in a similar environment as well as a relevant degree or professional qualification. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent problem solving skills as well as strong IT literacy skills.
