We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for open positions, as well as providing strong support to the Human Resources team.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be organized and have the ability to multitask. The successful candidate should also have an understanding of the staffing industry and a passion for building relationships with prospective candidates.

In this role, you will:
• Source qualified candidates through networking, job postings, social media and other recruitment channels
• Develop creative strategies to attract the best talent
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
• Participate in face-to-face interviews
• Negotiate job offers with successful applicants
• Create job advertisements and post them online
• Maintain accurate records of applicant information
• Provide reports on recruitment activities on a regular basis
• Follow established recruitment processes and procedures
