Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our sales operations, including developing marketing strategies, building relationships with customers, and driving business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be expected to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue through effective sales management.

Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
• Create plans to maximize sales across multiple channels
• Monitor market trends and understand competitive landscape
• Establish productive working relationships with clients and potential customers
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement in product and service offerings
• Monitor performance of sales staff and provide coaching when necessary
• Prepare reports on sales activities to senior management


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a Sales Management role
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Working knowledge of CRM software and other related systems
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets set by senior management
