Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our expanding team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, as well as managing the daily operations of the sales team. The salary offered is 1300 per month and we are ready to consider an immigrant for the role.

Requirements for the Candidate
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Professional work ethic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a team, build relationships, and close deals
• Proven track record of meeting targets and objectives
• Knowledge of customer service principles, sales techniques, and market trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel when needed

Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies to increase sales
• Building relationships with customers and partners
• Managing daily operations of the sales team
• Setting targets and objectives for each member of the team
• Analyzing customer data to develop targeted approaches
• Supervising staff performance and providing feedback
• Developing promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, etc.
