Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1800 AED

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have experience leading a housekeeping team, work well in fast-paced environments, and be able to adhere to high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Monitor the performance of all housekeeping staff, including evaluation and development plans.
• Ensure that all daily tasks are completed with accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, budgeting, and scheduling for the housekeeping department.
• Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Train new hires on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement procedures for laundry services and linen management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or housekeeping departments.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language is required; foreign applicants must be able to speak English fluently.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is necessary; certification in OSHA Health & Safety is an advantage.
