Job Summary

We are looking for a Pediatrician to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to children from infancy to adolescence. This position is well-suited for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering top-quality pediatric care by establishing a trusting relationship with patients and their families. This role offers a competitive salary of 1500. We are also open to considering foreign applicants for this position.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Pediatrician include, but are not limited to: examining infants, children, and adolescents; diagnosing illnesses; ordering and analyzing laboratory tests; prescribing medications; immunizing patients against diseases; providing guidance on diet and exercise; counseling families on child health issues and nutrition; and referring patients to specialists when required. Additionally, the Pediatrician will act as a consultant to other health professionals in the organization regarding pediatric healthcare, as well as document patient information in the medical record system accurately and completely.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Medicine or Pediatrics from an accredited college or university along with specialized training in pediatrics which includes 2-3 years of residency training (or equivalent). Additionally, the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills with both children and adults, superior organizational abilities, strong problem solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent clinical knowledge of pediatric healthcare procedures, strong ethical standards, current certification from a recognized medical board, experience in using electronic medical records systems (EMR), fluency in English is essential (and Arabic is preferred).
