Construction Manager (Abu-Dhabi, 1000 per month)

We are looking for an experienced and driven Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the construction industry and will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan, coordinate, and direct the activities related to the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Prepare project reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, laws, and regulations.
• Develop safety plans and enforce safety standards on the job site.
• Supervise personnel onsite (engineers, laborers, etc.) to ensure they are performing tasks correctly.
• Liaise with architects and other stakeholders in order to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner with quality results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings is essential.
• Knowledge of local building codes is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written are necessary.

We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position with an appropriate visa/work permit if necessary. The salary offered for this role is 1000 per month plus benefits as per local labor laws in Abu-Dhabi
