Duties & Responsibilities
•Manage the construction of projects from start to finish
•Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on the construction site
•Assist in the development of project plans
•Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices for materials and services
•Coordinate with architects, engineers, surveyors and contractors involved in the project
•Supervise workers on the construction site and ensure they are meeting deadlines
•Monitor progress of work in order to ensure that it is completed within budget constraints
•Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project.

Qualifications & Experience Required
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
•Previous experience managing construction projects
•Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large teams
•Excellent problem solving skills
•Good knowledge of relevant building codes
