Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The Construction Manager will be responsible for the successful completion of projects, ensuring quality standards are maintained and costs remain within the allocated budget. This position will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring that all safety standards are met. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication skills.

Demands for the Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong knowledge of construction principles and practices, as well as experience managing multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role with proven success in meeting deadlines and budgets. They should have excellent technical knowledge of building materials, engineering principles, and safety regulations. Furthermore, they should possess excellent problem-solving skills to help avoid or resolve any issues that may arise onsite. A Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering is preferred but not required for this position; however we do require that applicants have full authorization to work in Abu Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month for this role.
