The successful candidate will be responsible for designing beautiful flower arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative floral arrangements for customers
- Stock shelves with fresh flowers daily
- Maintain a clean work station at all times
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist other florists as needed
- Keep up to date on the latest trends in floral design
- Attend regular training sessions to stay informed on different techniques
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- Experience in floral design is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
