Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and creative Florist to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate has experience in the floral industry and is passionate about creating beautiful arrangements that capture the unique beauty of each customer’s vision. The successful applicant must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, present themselves professionally at all times, and be able to work both as part of a team and independently. This position offers a great salary of 1400 monthly and we are open to consider immigrant applicants.

Job Responsibilities:
The Florist will be responsible for designing floral arrangements according to customer requirements; assembling bouquets and other flowers; ordering flowers from suppliers; keeping inventory of supplies; ensuring the quality of products; assisting customers with their orders; keeping the work area tidy and clean; keeping up with trends in floral designs; delivering orders on time; creating promotional materials for special occasions or holidays.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have at least two years’ experience as a florist or similar role; extensive knowledge of flower types, colors, textures, shapes etc.; strong understanding of design principles (e.g., balance); excellent communication skills (verbal & written); creativity & artistic eye for detail; ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines; ability to stand for long periods & lift heavy objects as needed.
