Mason job vacancy in Doha Qatar



Job Description:

We are looking for a Mason to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for laying and setting bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other masonry materials in the construction of buildings, walls, walkways, and other structures.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Mason as well as strong knowledge of safe construction practices and building codes. You should also have a good eye for detail and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities:
• Lay bricks, blocks, stone, and other masonry materials according to plans and instructions
• Mix mortar to the required consistency
• Install reinforcement bars (rebar) according to specifications
• Prepare surfaces prior to laying masonry materials
• Cut brick and block as required
• Construct retaining walls
• Monitor quality of workmanship throughout the project
• Follow safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
• Knowledge of safe construction practices and building codes
• Ability to read blueprints
• Basic math skills
• Good attention to detail
Salary: 1200 QAR per month
