Light Driver Job - Riyadh

We are currently looking for a qualified Light Driver to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently and be able to follow instructions carefully. The salary is 1400 and we are willing to consider immigrants for this role.

Job Description:
The main purpose of this position is to ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods, documents, reports and other materials throughout the city as requested by the company. As a Light Driver you will be expected to plan routes, meet deadlines, maintain a professional attitude at all times, adhere to traffic laws and regulations as well as maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle. You will also be responsible for loading/unloading goods from vehicles, reporting any accidents or traffic violations immediately as well as completing daily logs of all trips taken.

Job Duties:
• Drive light vehicles within assigned locations
• Load/unload goods from vehicles
• Follow all safety regulations when driving
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
• Plan routes according to delivery instructions
• Maintain a clean vehicle at all times
• Report any accidents or traffic violations immediately
• Complete daily logs of all trips taken

Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug tests
• Excellent knowledge of local roads and highways
• Ability to read maps or use GPS systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs regularly • Ability to follow instructions carefully • Good organizational skills • Professional attitude
