Welder job in Jeddah Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a Welder in Jeddah to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components according to engineering and operational specifications.

The position offers a salary of 900. We are open to consider applications from foreign nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications.
- Calculate material requirements to complete projects as specified by the drawings or customer orders.
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as oxyfuel, MIG/MAG, TIG welding etc.
- Compare welds to specifications and adjust settings of welding equipment accordingly.
- Prepare surfaces for welding using grinding tools or sandblasting techniques.
- Inspect welds for defects such as cracks or porosity, and grind down the surface if necessary.
- Repair worn parts of metal products using welders and various other tools or machines.
- Ensure safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols set by the company and government regulations.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification is preferred; vocational training in welding is beneficial but not mandatory
- At least three years of experience in a welding role is required; experience with both manual and semi-automatic equipment is preferred
- Ability to interpret drawings accurately and perform detailed work with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of metals used in fabrication processes
- Excellent physical condition with strong attention to detail
