Job Description:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai! As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all restaurant operations, including staffing and scheduling, overseeing food preparation and service, enforcing health and safety standards, and monitoring customer satisfaction. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures. You should have excellent leadership skills in order to motivate employees and create a positive working environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of restaurant management best practices
• Good understanding of customer service principles
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to create a team environment that is welcoming and positive
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
