Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the office, perform various administrative tasks, and ensure that all office operations are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
β’ Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate office or employee
β’ Answer phone calls, respond to emails and messages, handle requests and queries appropriately
β’ Prepare correspondence, reports, memos and other documents as requested
β’ Manage filing systems, data entry, process transactions, update records, etc.
β’ Ensure adequate office supplies by ordering items when necessary
β’ Book meetings, arrange travel plans and schedule appointments
β’ Assist in organizing events such as training seminars and conferences
Qualifications & Requirements:
β’ At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
β’ Proven ability to multitask effectively with excellent organizational skills
β’ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
β’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
β’ Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision β’ Bachelorβs degree preferred but not required
