Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the office, perform various administrative tasks, and ensure that all office operations are running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate office or employee
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and messages, handle requests and queries appropriately
• Prepare correspondence, reports, memos and other documents as requested
• Manage filing systems, data entry, process transactions, update records, etc.
• Ensure adequate office supplies by ordering items when necessary
• Book meetings, arrange travel plans and schedule appointments
• Assist in organizing events such as training seminars and conferences
Qualifications & Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
• Proven ability to multitask effectively with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
