Job Title: Phlebotomist
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1000 KWD

We are looking for a talented Phlebotomist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for drawing blood from patients in order to prepare it for laboratory testing.

The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and handle stressful situations with a cool head. We will also consider an immigrant who has the necessary qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Draw blood from patients, ensuring that no harm is done to them during the process
• Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Document information related to the blood sample collection process
• Follow safety protocols while performing duties
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and sterilized
• Provide patient education regarding the blood collection process, as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
• Valid certification as a Phlebotomist or similar qualification preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience in a related field preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required
