Warehouse Manager - Al-Kuwait
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We offer a competitive salary of 1500, and are happy to consider immigrants. No prior experience is necessary.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving/shipping goods, inventory management, and ensuring safety standards are met. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Receive goods from suppliers and ensure that they are properly stored in the warehouse according to established guidelines
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records and take necessary measures to prevent discrepancies
• Manage shipping/receiving processes as well as inventory tracking activities
• Monitor warehouse environment and security procedures to ensure safety standards are met at all times
• Work with other departments (e.g., purchasing, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse facility by organizing shelves, bins, pallets, etc.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary
• Support the development and implementation of new strategies for efficient storage solutions

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations principles and best practices
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP software) and barcoding processes • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain organized under pressure • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy • BSc/BA in Logistics or related field is preferred
