HR Manager Position

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the human resources operations of the organization and ensuring they are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar position, with strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as excellent organizational skills. In addition, the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff is essential.

The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting and selecting personnel, developing job descriptions and individual performance objectives, conducting performance reviews, administering employee benefits programs, and managing employee relations. They will also oversee training programs and coordinate staff development activities.

We offer an attractive salary of 1700 USD per month for this role, along with potential bonuses for successfully completing projects. We are also open to considering foreign candidates.
