Job Title: Electrician

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in all aspects of electrical maintenance, repair and installation of electrical systems and components. This role requires a technically sound individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• At least two years of experience as an Electrician or similar role
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics and other technical documents
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to electrical works
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems quickly and accurately
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Immigrant status is accepted for this role
Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, repair, inspect and test electrical systems/components such as wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, outlets and switches
• Diagnose malfunctions in electrical systems/components using testing equipment
• Troubleshoot issues related to motor control circuits or motor starters
• Perform preventive maintenance on all related equipment
• Identify hazards associated with working with electricity
• Follow safety rules at all times while working onsite
