CNC Operator Job in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and talented CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce parts and products according to customer specifications. We offer a competitive salary of 1400 per month, plus benefits.

Job Description:
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and instructions to determine the best method of producing parts.
• Set up and operate CNC machines according to given instructions.
• Make necessary adjustments during the machining process to ensure the accuracy of the finished product.
• Perform regular maintenance on machines, such as lubrication, replacing worn parts, etc.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and take corrective action when needed.
• Maintain work area organization and cleanliness at all times.
• Keep records of production data such as cycle times, number of pieces produced, etc.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred but not required; technical training or relevant experience is a must.
• Ability to read engineering drawings accurately; knowledge of GD&T standards is a plus.
• Ability to interpret instructions from both written documents and oral commands in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Understanding of basic mathematics (including geometry) and ability to calculate dimensions accurately by hand or with software tools such as CAD/CAM programs is essential.
• At least 2 years’ experience working with CNC machines is highly desirable; certification from a recognized trade school or apprenticeship program would be highly advantageous but not mandatory .
