Job Title: Machine Operator

Salary: 1400 KWD/Month

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machines to ensure the efficient production of parts and components. This position requires excellent mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
• Operate machines according to established safety procedures.
• Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and report any anomalies.
• Perform preventive maintenance as needed or scheduled.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and contact service technicians if needed.
• Load raw materials into machines, remove finished parts, and package components as required.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and quality checks.
• Follow safety standards at all times to avoid injury or damage to equipment.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment; experience with CNC machines preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and workplace safety best practices; understanding of PPE regulations is beneficial.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics demonstrating strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills; basic math skills are essential for this role.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision; strong organizational skills are essential for this position.
