Responsibilities:
As our CNC Operator you will be responsible for setting up the machine for production runs, running production cycles according to specifications, troubleshooting any issues that arise during production runs, performing quality checks on parts produced by the machine, repairing or replacing worn parts as needed, and maintaining records of operations and inspections. You will also ensure that all safety procedures are followed when using the machinery.

Qualifications:
We expect our CNC Operator to have at least 3 years of experience working with CNC machinery in a similar role. You should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently while following strict safety guidelines. A solid understanding of machining techniques is essential; certification or diploma in machining would be beneficial but not required. Additionally, you must have good communication skills as you will be required to communicate with other members of the team on a regular basis.
