Job Description:

We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience as well as a passion for engineering and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing efficient solutions to technical problems, supervising construction works, researching new materials and methods of construction, preparing project estimates, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing efficient solutions for technical problems in the industry
- Supervising construction sites to ensure safety standards are met
- Researching new materials and methods of construction
- Preparing project estimates and budgets
- Monitoring the progress of projects to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintaining good relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with regulations, codes, and standards related to civil engineering
- Evaluating project proposals and provide recommendations on feasibility

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards related civil engineering - Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software programs - Excellent problem solving skills - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Good organizational skills - Knowledge of building contracts is an advantage

Salary & Benefits: We are offering a salary of 1500 AED per month plus additional benefits such as medical insurance coverage.
