Job Posting: Barista Position in Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at a cafe in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of coffee making techniques and the ability to work well with customers.

The position offers a competitive salary of 1500 per month and is open to immigrants who meet the job requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to customer specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Follow health and safety standards when preparing drinks
- Ensure that all drinks meet quality standards
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as a Barista or similar role in a cafe/restaurant setting
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, recipes, and equipment operation
- Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
