We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai with a salary of 1300. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a dynamic environment with an international team.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for surveying land and the structures on it. You will use specialized equipment to measure distances, map contours, slopes and elevations. In addition, you will be responsible for estimating property boundaries and preparing reports with your findings.

Job requirements & duties:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a land surveyor

• Technical skills: Proficiency in operating digital mapping systems, land surveying software, GPS systems, and other relevant technology

• Knowledge: Knowledge of legal surveying procedures and methods; an understanding of local government regulations; knowledge of data analysis techniques; excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Responsibilities: Collecting data from the field using specialized equipment; analyzing data using various software programs; preparing reports that include observations on land boundaries, measurements, slopes etc.; checking accuracy of survey data; providing guidance to junior staff; ensuring all safety standards are met

Salary Information: The base salary for this position is 1300 AED/month. In addition to this base salary there are other benefits such as accommodation allowances, travel reimbursement, health insurance coverage etc., which would be discussed upon hiring.
