The Teacher's primary responsibility will be to teach classes according to the curriculum set out by the school board while fostering an environment of respect for all students. They will also need to grade student work, evaluate student progress, provide feedback on performance, create course materials such as lesson plans and assignments, attend faculty meetings, collaborate with other teachers on projects or initiatives, participate in professional development opportunities as needed, and provide guidance or mentorship where necessary.
